This Privacy Policy aims to explain in detail how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information, as well as the rights you are entitled to. Before using this application, please read and fully understand this policy.

This agreement applies to all interactions between you and PT MEGA VIBE TEKNOLOGI across all applications under its account. It does not apply to third-party services. For privacy policies related to third-party services, please review and comply with them separately.

       We place great importance on the protection of minors. If you are under 18 years of age, please uninstall AirChat Pro.

       By accessing or using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this agreement, we kindly ask you not to use AirChat Pro or uninstall it immediately.

Please note that when you use AirChat Pro, we may collect the following information:

1.1 Information You Provide

Communication Information: When you contact our customer service or report an issue, we may collect your contact details, message content, and other relevant data, such as your name or alias, email address, IP address, and any additional information you provide. This is primarily used to respond to and resolve your feedback.Account Information: When you register for this app or modify personal settings, we may collect the data you provide, such as username, email address, phone number, profile picture, etc., and assign you a unique identifier for your account.Payment Information: All paid services in the app are processed through Google Play or the App Store. We only collect transaction data from these platforms and do not collect or store sensitive information such as full payment card numbers.Usage Information: We collect data related to your use of the app, including messages, photos, videos, gifts, and other user data. Additionally, we process your conversations with other users and the content you share during usage. This content may be temporarily stored to prevent violations.

6. Rules for the protection of minors' personal information
We place a high priority on protecting the privacy of minors, particularly those under 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction). We strictly adhere to relevant laws and regulations, such as COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (EU General Data Protection Regulation-Children's Section), and take the following measures to protect children's personal information:

6.1. Restrictions on the collection of data on minors

Prohibited Actions: We do not provide services to minors under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in the local jurisdiction). We will not intentionally collect, store, or process any personal information of users under the age of 18, including but not limited to their names, addresses, emails, contact details, device identifiers, location data, or any other information that could identify them.

6.2. Illegal data processing

If we discover or receive notice confirming that a user under the age of 18 has provided personal information, we will immediately take the following measures (including but not limited to)

a. Delete the relevant data immediately and remove it completely from the server or database;

b. The user account is blocked to prevent it from continuing to access and use the application

c. Send account closure notice to users and clearly inform them that their data has been deleted;

d. The user is prohibited from registering again to avoid submitting any subsequent data.

6.3. Reporting mechanism for minors

      If you encounter suspected underage users when using the service, please keep relevant evidence (clear content or evidence) and report to us through customer service email or complaint channel of the application. After receiving your report, we will complete verification and processing within 72 hours and notify you of the result by email.

      If you are a parent or guardian and notice that the minor you care for is using our app, please contact us immediately via customer support email or complaint channels. We will complete user verification and take necessary actions within 24 hours, and provide the results via email. We also fully support guardians to delete or uninstall the app themselves.

As parents or legal guardians, you are responsible for supervising and managing your child's use of [Floppy]. If a minor provides false information and claims to have reached the legal age, you will be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such false statements. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians educate their children about the importance of online safety and monitor their activities to ensure compliance with our policies and applicable laws.

7.    Privacy policies and protection mechanisms related to children

This policy applies to all children under the age of 13, regardless of region or country (hereinafter referred to as "children").

7.1 We Do Not Intentionally Collect Personal Information from Children

AirChat Pro (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is a social application designed for adults. We do not intentionally collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we unintentionally collect a child's personal information, we will promptly take reasonable measures to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the method described in Section 3 of this policy, and we will promptly delete the relevant information.

7.2 How We Handle Discovered Children's Information

If we discover that we have collected a child's personal information without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, we will:

a. Immediately suspend the child's access to the App;
b. Delete the child's personal information from our records as soon as possible;
c. Take reasonable measures to ensure the information is not used or retained further.

We strictly prohibit users under 18 from accessing our services, data collection, or marketing. To assist in safeguarding minors:

8.2 Violation Handling

If a minor’s data is identified, we will:a. Immediately delete the data.b. Ban the associated account.c. Notify the user of account closure.d. Prevent re-registration attempts.

8.3 Reporting Mechanism

Report suspected underage users with evidence via email or in-app complaints. We will verify and respond within 72 hours.Parents/guardians discovering minor usage should contact us. We will verify and act within 24 hours, notifying the guardian via email. We support guardians in uninstalling the app.

9. Your Rights

You have multiple options to manage your personal information:

9.2 Delete Your Information

10. Policy Updates
